On the quest to find London hidden gems one might get lost in the variety of choices. While sometimes what we are looking for is right in front of us. Harrods. With over 300,000 visitors on peak days, the famous department store (which history goes back to 1834) is more than a world-famous luxury shopping attraction. Whether you are visiting or consider London your home, Harrods calendar is packed with exciting events (save the date in your calendar for PRADASPHERE event in May!).
With its private WVSessions, the store is now taking taking the Harrods experience to a whole new level. Held in the famous wine shop on the lower ground floor, the first WVSessions event last week married Harrods’ infamous elegance, style and fashion status with the world of beautiful music. Supported by Joel Baker who brought East London vibes to Knightsbridge, the gorgeous Georgian-British singer Katie Melua filled Harrods world with beautiful music. The night to remember.
With her recent album ‘Ketevan’ available on iTunes, Katie Melua is having a stripped-down set accompanied by only bass and keyboards on the 13th April in London as a part of her Simplified Tour in Europe in March and April.
