Wellicious Way To Rock Athleisure Style

If you ever wore yoga pants, then you will probably agree with me that it's the most comfortable clothes EVER! :) No wonder they've made their way to shopping trips, strolls in parks and sometimes even workplace (gross!) forming what is now a big buzzword in the fashion industry - athleisure. Being a big fan of Wellicious that not only creates yoga clothing but also designs eco-friendly lifestyle clothes and well-being accessories, I picked a few athleisure items from the recent season and put them to test at Boho Chic Yoga Retreat by Carolina Smilas in Brightlingsea in the British countryside where there were plenty of opportunities to practice yoga, as well as lounge around in the beautiful Essex house.

Focusing on certain asanas (like the one pictured above) takes a lot of focus in order to get the balance right and smoothly move into the next position - so yoga clothes need to provide the right support while feeling like a second skin. Made of natural fibres such as cashmere and organic cotton, Wellicious clothes are luxuriously soft and smooth, they let the body breathe, they stay in place thanks to its seamless well-done design and look beautiful, too.

The seamlessly engineered ankle-lenght Impulse Leggings are perfect for higher impact exercise and are absolutely amazing for lounging around in. The high ripped waistband keeps everything in place, while the transparent stripes at the ankle give off subtle elegance with a sporty twist.

The leggings are opaque black, too, - a quality that cannot be underestimated (see-through yoga pants not only make yoga teachers cringe when you perform a downward dog but can easily make you the talk of the town when worn in public! So please avoid avoid avoid and go for Wellicious leggings instead!)

The Summer Cardigan made of linen is great for summer and is designed to keeps one cool and fresh in hot weather. The linen jersey is extra soft and comfy for a super relaxed yet elegant look, and it's a perfect cover up for long summer nights. One can style it in different ways, tied in the front or wrapped around the waist, or just open and relaxed. A perfect example of athleisure style by Wellicious.
